Legal Compliance Audit

In our Audit service line, we conduct system and physical compliance audit to check and asses the compliance status of the entity and identify red area to the KMPs so that required corrective actions can be take. In system audit, we check and asses the existing compliance monitoring system of the entity and identify the non-compliances and also check the redundancy level in the data base of the said system.

Physical Audit consist of sample checks of the physical documents as a proof of compliance like, required licenses, permissions, records etc. as per the latest provision of law.

Detailed report gets submitted after the Audit which summarizes the compliance status of the entity, area of non- compliances, area of improvements & CAPA (corrective and preventive actions in case of Non- compliance)
